  Each SVG is 39 mm x 39 mm (viewBox 0 0 39 39 = mm). Disc centre = (19.5, 19.5).
Layer "ENGRAVE": black filled shapes = mark. Everything else = leave bare copper.
All text is converted to outlines (no fonts needed, no emoji glyphs).
Layer "CUT GUIDE - DO NOT ENGRAVE" (red): 39 mm disc outline, dashed 37 mm circle = 1 mm rim margin,
centre cross, and on the back the 24 mm QR quiet-zone square (dashed). Alignment only - do not engrave or cut.
Nothing is marked outside r = 18.5 mm (1 mm rim margin kept bare).

FRONT DETAILS
"200": Alegreya Sans SC Black, lining figures, 8.8 mm tall, solid mark (strokes ~1.8 mm).
Flutes: line-art bowls with a 0.40 mm outline and a level, solid "wine" fill; 0.48 mm stems,
oval feet. The rims cross where they clink; the back glass is cut away 0.33 mm around the front one.
Sparkles: four-point stars, 2.2 mm and 1.7 mm across (tips rounded by the 0.31 mm filter).
Feather: 12 mm accent under the numerals - copper rachis 0.30-0.34 mm, copper barb slits 0.32 mm,
  >= 0.40 mm black between slits, one natural split per side.
Rim/legends: same sizes and letter-spacing as the First DOGE round.
Clearances: 200 to flutes 1.28 mm, 200 to feather 1.33 mm, flutes to beads 1.46 mm, stars to beads 1.0 mm.

MACHINE / PROCESS
  - Fiber laser, solid copper.
  - BACK (QR): DARKEN / BLACK-MARK the modules - a surface colour mark, NOT a deep engrave.
Keep the QR area flat and high-contrast: dark modules on bright, clean copper.
Fill the modules completely and evenly (fine hatch, cross-hatch recommended); keep module
edges crisp - no bleed into neighbouring light modules. Light modules and the quiet zone
must stay bright, unmarked copper (do not frost/anneal them).
    QR: version 2, error correction M, 25 x 25 modules, module = 0.727 mm,
symbol 18.18 mm square, 24.0 mm including the 4-module quiet zone. Encodes https://huxleydollar.com
Rim text stays >= 0.6 mm outside the quiet zone.
  - FRONT: dark mark, or a light engrave + dark mark - shop's choice. The large "200" fill is the
biggest marked area; a fine cross-hatch keeps it even.
Laser-friendly by construction: every mark >= 0.30 mm wide and every gap >= 0.30 mm
(geometry passed through a 0.31 mm opening/closing filter and checked). Rim ring 0.45 mm,
beads 0.5 mm with ~0.5 mm gaps.
  - Polish/clean both faces before marking. After marking, clean off residue and
CLEAR-COAT (lacquer / clear enamel) both faces so the copper does not tarnish and kill QR contrast.
  - Please test-scan the QR with a phone on the first piece before running the batch.

QR CHECK (verify_qr.py): decodes exactly https://huxleydollar.com from both back SVGs (white and copper
backgrounds, 6-40 px/mm, sharp and blurred) and from preview.png / preview-small.jpg - 35/35.
